Terms of Service

Last updated November 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Skribble website (the “Site”) and the Skribble application (the “App”). Skribble is operated by Eval Factory, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Skribble (“Skribble,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Informational only

The Site describes the App. It is for general information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or professional, technical, or safety advice. We may change the Site at any time without notice.

The App

The App is open-source software that you download and run on your own computer. Its source code is available on GitHub. It stores your notes as files on your computer; you are responsible for them, including backups. If you add a model provider key to the App, your use of that provider is governed by the provider’s own terms.

No warranties

The Site and the App are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skribble is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the App, including loss of notes or other data.

Our content

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Skribble name, is the property of Skribble. You may view it for your own information. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission. The App’s source code is governed by the license in its repository, not by this section.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site or the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
